You are eligible to claim our 1 year guarantee if...

    • You have followed all safety instructions and user guidance included in the user manual that you received with your order.
    • You have just received your item and it doesn't work.
    • You can provide proof of purchase - full name, order number, email address etc.

    You ARE NOT eligible to claim our 1 year guarantee if...

      • You have used the product carelessly and incorrectly (according to the user manual).
      • You have accidentally damaged the product.
      • You have purposefully damaged the product.
      • You cannot provide proof of purchase - full name, order number, email address etc.
